JOB DESCRIPTION
The Field Manager serves as the on-site lead representative for LED, A/V, and control system installations. This role is the bridge between high-level logistics and ground-level execution, ensuring that the "wow" factor is delivered safely and efficiently every time. The Field Manager is responsible for leading crew operations, maintaining safety compliance, and managing the structural and technical integrity of the setup. They act as the primary point of contact in the field, representing the company’s standards to the client while mentoring technicians to foster a culture of ownership and rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field installations of LED boards, video walls, mobile trailers and audio systems
- Commission and troubleshoot LED and audio systems to ensure proper operation
- Interpret engineered drawings, schematics, and project plans to execute installations correctly
- Manage, mentor and supervise field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate effectively in advance of the job and while on-site with project managers, clients and vendors throughout the entire project life cycle
- Maintain project documentation, including as-builts, testing reports and punch lists
- Support post-installation service, training and troubleshooting as needed
- Complete all daily field update documentation while on-site at jobs

Director of Field Management - Overseeing the entire field installation team (rental and fixed install) guiding process, vision and day-to-day direction
Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in LED, video display or AV system installations, preferably in large-scale projects or stadium environments
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LED display hardware, audio systems and installation practices
- Welding certifications (preferred, but not necessary)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical and structural engineering plans/prints
- Proven leadership and management skills
- OSHA 30 safety training or equivalent preferred
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to life and move heavy equipment (50-100 lbs) and work from heights
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Technical: Familiarity with low-voltage systems, LED structures, rigging and integration best practices.

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Salary Range - $60,000-$80,000
- 401k (no match currently)
