SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple concurrent LED display, A/V, and control system projects to ensure alignment with company goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is responsible for high-level coordination, staff leadership, training and development, and continuous process improvement—ensuring each project team operates efficiently and that clients receive exceptional results. The Senior Project Manager serves as the bridge between executive leadership, project managers, and engineering teams, driving communication, accountability, and successful program execution across the organization.
Job responsibilities
Department Oversight & Team Leadership
- Manage the overall delivery of multiple LED and AV installation projects from planning through completion.
- Establish program objectives, milestones and performance indicators aligned with the organizational goals.
- Helps lead staff management for all project managers including training and development for the fixed installation division.
- Support Project Managers and Engineerings by providing guidance, removing roadblocks and ensuring consistent execution across projects.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple active job sites to optimize field and engineering utilization.
- Ensure department cross-collaboration is optimized between engineering, operations, finance and sales to maintain alignment and vision clarity.
Project Management Support
- Implement systems and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables across the project portfolio
- Assist with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Review drawings, submittals, project documentation and installation plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Standardize workflows, documentation templates, and best practices across project management team.
- Lead weekly status meetings with Project Managers and prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics that help the business reinforce the right actions, metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients on high-complexity projets and with our highest revenue clients.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly defined, communicated and met by project teams and for individually managed projects.
- Build strong long-term relationships that support repeat business and positive referrals allowing executive team to take on new initiatives and future business development.
Process Improvement & Strategic Development
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide project management standards helping drive continuous improvement through systems, ERP and procurement partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workload, staffing needs and drive forward strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field
- Experience: 5-8 years in project or program management, preferably in LED, A/V or construction industries.
- Skills: Proven leadership managing teams, self-starter improving processes without guidance, forward looking continuous improvement type mindset
- Technical: Familiarity with low-voltage systems, LED structures, rigging and integration best practices.
- Software: Proficiency in PM software management tools, familiarity with Vectorworks, AutoCAD or D-Tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000
