The school faced a tight deadline with their athletics schedule: the first soccer game of the season,which would also serve as the debut of their new state-of-the-art LED board and audio system. While most projects of this size and scale take 14-18 weeks from point of signing until completion,the school needed the system ready to go in 8 weeks.

To do this, we had to expedite:

Securing approvals and permits and consolidating a standard construction schedule into half the usual time.

Rearranging the schedule and booking external operational partners to meet the timeline while pre-building all needed hardware and equipment to keep the project on schedule
